Catch Curve Executes Licenses with Fenestrae and Quadrant Software
and Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Comodo Group

Atlanta, Ga.--March 20, 2007-- Catch Curve, Inc., an intellectual property development and licensing firm, today announced that Fenestrae, Inc. and Quadrant Software, Inc. have both taken a license to the AudioFAX(TM) patent portfolio. The license with Fenestrae settles a patent infringement lawsuit. Specific terms of the license agreements were not disclosed.

Catch Curve also announced today that is has filed a patent infringement lawsuit under the AudioFAX patent portfolio against Comodo Group, Inc. The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Catch Curve is seeking monetary damages for past infringement and an injunction to prohibit Comodo Group from continuing to infringe against the AudioFAX patents.

The AudioFAX patents cover a broad range of inventions that incorporate fax store-and-forward technologies. These technologies are used in products and services such as fax-to-email, fax broadcasting, fax-on-demand and "real-time" fax over the Internet.

Since its inception, the AudioFAX Patent Licensing Program has licensed this technology to over 50 companies, including AT&T, MCI, Cisco, Sprint, WorldCom, NEC, Cable & Wireless, 3Com, j2 Global Communications, Mitel, Intervoice, LogicaCMG, Siemens, Premiere Global Services (formerly PTEK), Glenayre, Esker, Biscom, TOPCALL and Interactive Intelligence, among others.
