Catch Curve Announces Two New Licensees Of AudioFAX Patents

Atlanta - April 4, 2005 - Catch Curve, Inc., an intellectual property development and licensing firm, today announced that both Glenayre Electronics, Inc. and Interactive Intelligence Inc. have licensed the AudioFAX™ patent portfolio.

Under the license agreements, both companies have obtained a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use AudioFAX's technology. Specific terms of the license agreements were not disclosed.

The AudioFAX patents cover a broad range of inventions that incorporate fax store-and-forward technologies. These technologies are used in products and services such as fax-to-email, fax broadcasting, fax-on-demand and "real-time" fax over the Internet.

Catch Curve recently acquired the AudioFAX patents and is continuing licensing the AudioFAX patents to the industry in much the same manner they have been made available over the last seven years. IPAC, an intellectual property licensing, investment and asset management company, is the licensing agent for the AudioFAX portfolio, as it has been over the life of this licensing program.

Since its inception, the AudioFAX Patent Licensing Program has licensed this technology to over 30 companies, including AT&T, MCI Telecommunications, Cisco Systems, Sprint, WorldCom, NEC, Cable & Wireless, 3Com, j2 Global Communications, Mitel, Captaris, Intervoice, LogicaCMG, Siemens, Premiere Global Services (formerly PTEK) and Boston Technology (now part of Comverse Technology).
